Fulham Reach is a 744-home riverside neighbourhood on the north bank of the Thames at Hammersmith, developed by St George on a stretch of river just past the one-mile mark of the Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race. The masterplan links a new riverside park to Frank Banfield Park via a central boulevard.

Designed by JTP Architects, the development is arranged as a series of individual buildings of contrasting character around courtyard gardens and a community boat club, with construction ongoing across several phases since 2014.
