Arun leads Vexcolt’s global team of specialist engineers, providing engineering design and technical support worldwide, with particular expertise across the Middle East and Africa. He champions design flexibility to improve performance on complex projects for architects, engineers, and construction companies. Under his leadership, over 70% of Vexcolt’s international projects now feature bespoke, tailored solutions rather than standard catalogue products.

Camila Aguiar is Vexcolt’s Technical Sales specialist for South America. As a key part of the specialist engineering group, she is involved in both sales and technical support across Vexcolt’s operations throughout the region. Camila’s combination of technical knowledge and commercial expertise makes her an invaluable contact for clients across South America.

Chris is not simply a traditional financial controller whose traditional role has been to record a history of financial transactions.

Chris is an integral part of a team with the aim of serving a global client base of creative architects and engineers. Over the past 3 years has introduced new processes and accounting software systems allying prudent financial controls with inbuilt flexibility.

Courtney oversees production, logistics, and procurement at Vexcolt, managing end-to-end operational processes to ensure efficient manufacturing, reliable inventory control, strong supplier relationships, and on-time delivery. She works closely across the sales, production, and logistics teams to keep projects on track and clients informed every step of the way, driving quality and continuous improvement throughout the business.

Greg Best is Vexcolt’s UK Sales Support specialist. He works closely with clients and the wider sales team to ensure every enquiry is handled efficiently and every project gets off to the right start. Greg’s product knowledge and customer-focused approach make him a trusted first point of contact for UK-based clients.

Nick leads Vexcolt’s UK sales team, providing design and technical support across the company’s UK and Ireland operations. He works closely with architects, engineers, and construction clients to guide projects from concept through to specification, ensuring every solution meets both technical requirements and project goals with the same attention to detail found across Vexcolt’s team.

Renad Elgharbawy is a CAD Technician and Technical Support specialist at Vexcolt. She produces detailed technical drawings and provides expert support to clients and project teams throughout the expansion joint specification and installation process. With a keen eye for precision, Renad plays a key role in ensuring every project meets Vexcolt’s high technical standards.
