FlexAtec seal expansion joints are Vexcolt’s multi-purpose range for internal and external floors and walls. Unlike a rigid metal system, FlexAtec uses a UV-resistant seal bonded in place with a high-strength epoxy agent instead. As a result, the joint stays flexible and weatherproof even when exposed to direct sunlight outdoors. In addition, a version with a continuous seal and high-strength backfill is available for joints formed with a concrete rebate, giving two ways to install the same core system depending on the substrate. Meanwhile, the seal itself handles movement without cracking, which makes FlexAtec a practical fit for both new builds and retrofits.
