Station Hill is an £850 million, 2.5 million sq ft mixed-use redevelopment beside Reading station, transforming a site that stood derelict for two decades into a new office, retail and residential district.

Its first commercial phase, ONE Station Hill, is a 275,000 sq ft, 15-storey office tower designed by Gensler and built by Sir Robert McAlpine, connected to the station by a new pedestrian bridge across Garrard Street. Delivered by joint venture Lincoln MGT, the building reached practical completion in December 2024.
